This Week’s Events at OLOF!!!

As we enter our last week before the Christmas break, here is a schedule of events taking place at Our Lady of Fatima in the next few days.

Monday, December 16th– 3rd Week of Advent Celebration in the gym at 9:00 a.m.

Wednesday, December 18th – School Choir Concert in the gym at 10:15 a.m.

Wednesday, December 18th – FDK Jesus’ Birthday Celebration in the gym at 2:15 p.m.

Thursday, December 19th -Christmas Turkey Luncheon in the gym

Friday, December 20th – Christmas Spirit Day- wear Christmas Sweater, red, white, or green

Friday, December 20th – 4th Week of Advent Celebration in the gym at 9:00 a.m.

Friday, December 20th – Christmas Sing-along the gym at 10:30 a.m.

As always, families are welcome to join us for any assembly held this or any week.

Lost & Found Items – Last call to view these items – Tuesday Dec 17, 2019

Just a quick reminder that items that are currently in our lost and found will be packed and donated on Tuesday, December 17th.

Please drop by before then for a last chance to find those elusive missing items and complete that set of gloves, mittens, shoes, …etc. etc.

Tables filled with items are set up around the corner from the front foyer.

French Immersion Parent Information Night – January 15, 2020 – 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Our Lady of Fatima will be hosting a French Immersion Parent Information Night on Wednesday, January 15th from 5:00 to 6:00 pm in the Learning Commons ( formerly the Library).

This meeting is for parents of students in senior kindergarten who are interested in receiving more information about the program and how to proceed to enter the lottery for the program next year. Hope to see you then.

ANNUAL RED STOCKING CAMPAIGN @ OLOF – 2019

The annual tradition begins this week of collecting Red Stockings filled with goods for Children for Christmas. We will be collecting stockings or items till Monday, December 16th. Stockings can be filled with school supplies, small toys and toiletries. We will deliver the stockings donated from OLOF to St. Mary’s of Visitation for them to be delivered to the Canadian Food for Children warehouse and shipped to children in need.

Help us to make a child’s christmas wonderful by sending in your stockings or items. Falcon council will help collect items and package the stockings to be delivered to the church on Monday, December 16th. Thank you for helping make a child’s Christmas better!
